Regardless of business field, the quality of the product that is being made is very important to a company what ever they are making.
The higher the quality of the product is, the more the company can charge for it.
(I paid 208 freaking bucks! not a mere 20 dollars and 80 cents, mind you).
If the company makes a low quality product, you think people will buy it?
Further more, if people can find a similar product at a lower price and higher quality they will buy that. That is why business is all about competition.
You want to win, you produce good quality.

Gosh i was so disappointed upon seeing the album.
The binding was badly done, lamination was ridiculous.
Air bubbles were so obvious.
Printing was uneven, white spots were visible.
The pages were dented.
I can understand that it is due to the quality of the paper; it gets dented over time after much flipping
But c'mon...the book came from the production side...the paper should still be as smooth as silk...

Shouldn't a company set standards when they produce something?
What is the lowest level of quality considered acceptable? Should there even be a compromise in quality? NO!NO!NO!
