So much for my previous preaching about keeping the heart free from trash.
The amount of pain, anger and disappointment...
The trash to bear and the heart, scarred for life.

Hello, my name is Trash.
I have a truckload of Pain, Anger, Disappointment, Grudge and Evil.
Trust no longer stands.
Its presence was a big part of my life.
What i had laid down with my life and my love,
Had never been broken.
And what are my returns?
Played out.
Betrayed.
Shredded and torn apart,
Nothing more than just perpetual pain.
The physical pain that you go through can never beat the emotional pain i'm living with.
The constant fear, suspicions, unduly worries.
Being skeptical about your integrity.

Trust as we all always claim, is very important.
Yet,in today’s world, ethics, integrity and trust are often overlooked.
What one says one will do is no longer important.
Integrity hardly exists.
Vows are so easily broken they are practically useless.
Promises are broken as easily as they are made.

Decades ago we didn’t need contracts for people to keep their word.
Years later, it became necessary to write legal contracts binding people and businesses to do what was right.

If businesses have contracts to force people to keep their word,
What about relationships?
Shouldn't promises be written in black and white as well?
How should vow breakers be punished?
Would it make a difference?
Or would then trust be existing out of unwillingness and not out of love?

Today, even the contracts are often not worth the paper they are written on.
Courts are jammed with civil lawsuits over breaches of trust.
Divorces are so easy to get that the constitution of the marriage vow is of little value.
Bankruptcies are at an all-time high.
Many people’s personal credit is a mess because they borrowed and didn't bother repaying.
We place value on trust when our expectations are in someone else, but many don’t consider that trust is reciprocal.

The importance of the trust relationship being one that is unbroken and revolves from person to person is very significant.
Our common sense lets us know that trust is earned and not easily given.
If trust is so easily broken, how do we survive in today’s society in relation to trust?
Who do we trust?
Who can i trust again?
Definitely not the empty promisers and the liars.

Don't people realise the importance of trust and how it affects relationships?

One reaps what one sows.
One suffering is what one deserved.
One should think twice before one speaks.
One's mouthful of lies is a can of rotten worms.
One should have thought about the consequences.
One tends to take things for granted when they possess them.
And one only starts regretting when it is taken away from them.
Things will never be and can never be the same again.
