arranged to meeet up with MaRia to go to bUkiT TimaH hiLL to trek,but she felt lazy.Thus,we changed plans.we decided to meet in town.she plucked her eyebrows at hOllYwOOd sEcreTs. then we went for lunch at aJiseN.i told her i wanted to cut & highlight my hair.she shared the same sentiments.we went down to LoReal at cineleisure.i found it too costly so we headed down to far east.damn people quoted the price of another hair dye brand.i noticed the brand when i asked for the catalogue.my gosh,Loreal was a lot more costly than the one they showed us. those creeps cheated us into their salon.guess what?they are all malaysians.AGAIN!
mAriA said we can never seem to get rid of them.oh man.they screwed up our hair colour big time.i chose ash blonde,but it came out bright blonde.and the fella who did the highlight for me was so rough.instead of unfolding the aluminium foil,he simply pulled them outta my hair.OUCH!

ClaRe smsed me,saying that those JB facils added her into friendster & jeremy wong kept messaging her thro friendster.i told her we bumped into malaysians again & they screwed up our hair big time.

We have nothing against malaysians in general...only those who had screwed up our holidays.

met MaRia at MacRitcHie,took a bus down to buKit TimaH hiLL.had lunch at Al Azhar.we ordered maggie goreng,thai style & milo dinosaur....deeeleeeious...
mAriA noticed there were dark clouds and joked that it might rain after we were done with our lunch.haha...
true enough...it started drizzling the moment we stepped out of the shop.
decided to take a bus to bishan to catch a movie instead.
just when we were reaching the bus-stop,it stopped drizzling.Thus,we went ahead with our trekking plans.
got a map from the information counter and found our way to the summit.took Rengas path down then up to the summit again.along the way,it was muddy & rocky,the steps were steep & you'll tend to feel the thigh muscles strained.climbed more than 180 of those steps & it felt great being drenched in sweat.it was a great trek & was very satisfied.my teva sandals were giving me problems though.perhaps i hardly wear them,they were rubbing against my skin and i had very bad blisters.fortunately, we bought plasters along.
met up with 3 of my good friends,chilled out at oLiO dOme & exchanged our x'mas wish list.decided to do so so that we would not end getting a gift that we would not use at all.
we wrote 6 wishes & drew lots,so there was still an element of surprise.
my wishes were > barbie doll, esprit foldable umbrella, piglet glass mug, fake lashes from make-up store/bobbi brown/mac, brazilian undies and taka voucher.
wonder what the girls are getting for me.hmmm...

went to tuition sHauN in the morning,then went swimming with jaMes.been a long time snce we swam,cos we've got white spots on our faces,sighz.no choice,gotta work out after eating so much unk food this hols.went to IMM after our swim,had nasi bryani for lunch.decided to walk in to Lee hWa jEwellEry since there was a sale going on.saw a pair of nice rings on the catalogue and the price was reasonable,so we bought them.the pair we first intended to get was by jOhn Rainer,but the prices were too steep,so decided to settle for Affinity.my finger was too small,so mine had to be sent for alteration,will only be able to collect them next week...can't wait to wear it.
went to dAisO and bought mostly baking equipments.my new interest,haha...been trying out baking recipes.

Almond cookies were my first attempt.i actually forgotten to add the egg when it was just right in front of me.BLIND...succeeded on my 2nd attempt,YipEE!

Chocolate chip cookies
it was the easiest to prepare recipe yet the most difficult to achieve great results.was not satisfied even after my 2nd attempt.it tasted ok,ut i did not like the shape they turned out.haha.

Chocolate chip muffin was successful though :)

woke up with aches all over.had to skip rock climbing.was supposed to join mAria & the rAngers at yiShuN sAfra...my blisters were still raw,no choice.
heheehee...decided to go to town for mAnGo saLe though.anything for mAngO....retail theraphy can heal any woman,wahaha...
bought 2 blouses for a total amount of 65 bucks.headed on to CK tang to buy baking trays then to Taka Cold Storage to buy baking materials...
went home to bake chocolate chp cookies again :)
this time,they turned out well,haha...brought some to jAmes' place & his sister wiped out everything.haha...

suposed to meet cheryl in town,but she had gastric flu & diarrhoea.so i went over to her place instead.surf the net,got bored & decided to head home.slacked as usual...was watching channel 8 drama,last episode when maRia called.she was in church & wanted to meet for supper.we ate at S11,chatted & laughed....she's leaving for tHaiLand,going on trekking trip.exciting....she's gonna get me nice t-shirts from there :)
too bad she will only be back after x'mas.this is the first time we won't be spending x'mas together.sob sob...

slacked at jAmes' place today,we irritated the hell outta each other till i elbowed his nose by accident.OUCH!i'm sorry,i did not know your face was right behind my elbow.he had tears rolling down the sides of his face...
went home in the evening cos he is on night shift.decided to bake raspberry muffin.Yeah!succeeded on my first attempt!
