Our First Year
It was pouring when we were attending mass and we did not have an umbrella with us.Thank God our prayers were answered, the dark clouds cleared and rain stopped by the time mass ended. The ground was still wet however, had some dirty water splashed at the back of my dress as i walked in my flip flops.
We headed to Coffee Club @ Millennia Walk for lunch.Coffee Club is where you can find some respite in the midst of the business of the Singapore city life. Sit back and relax in the cool and calm surroundings, sipping your freshly brewed coffee with a book in hand.

The colours of the interior were well coordinated, the lights were dim, there were only a few customers and the decor was very much like country style, gives a cosy atmosphere. We placed our orders:

Country Pie:
Fresh shitake mushrooms and strips of moist chicken mixed in with potato. Beautifully garnished with green shreds.

Baked Chicken Macaroni:
Strips of moist chicken mixed in with macaroni, and baked with mozerella cheese.

Beef Strauganoff:
Beef stirfried with capsicums in a delicious sauce, topped with mayonnaise. Served with rice and garnished with chinese parsley.

Muddy Mud Pie – Sinfully delicious ice cream cake dripping with thick chocolate sauce and sprinkled with cookie bits. This heavenly dessert comes in gigantic proportions and is excellent value for money. If it’s even possible, this indulgent mud pie tastes even better than it looks.

Headed to Candy Empire after lunch. If you have a sweet tooth, you will love this place. You can find a wide range of sweets, chocolates and chips here.

A wide range of imported chips that are not widely available in your local supermarkets or groceries stores.Candy and chocolate dispensers.Such a wide range you'd wish that you can buy everything off the rack.

You can even find the famous Wonka bar from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Whipple Scruptious Caramel Delight
Chocolate Mud Sludge

We took a stroll to where the merlion sits. The weather was great, pretty breezy.Tourists were flocking to take a snapshot of the merlion while the locals were just finding a good spot to chill out.

Dinner was @ Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao.
We ordered the Minced Meat Dumpling La Mian, Hot and Spicy Tofu, the famous Xiao Long Bao and the Stir fried Beef Kway Tiao, which tasted more like Indian food.
