Contradicting....Frustrating....

Psychologist says 1 thing... HOP says another...
Pat has already gone through with me my students' progress reports and projected goals...
point by point,sentence by sentence,word by word...

She edited almost everything...
It is as good as re-writing my reports...
It is really frustrating...it is simply just a waste of my time...
what's the point of meeting up with Pat early in the morning to discuss when what i'll be typing is going to be useless anyway?
Since Pat has been assigned to guide the teachers whom she supports,why should our reports be edited by Melaine?
If Melaine is going to be the one who has the final say in reports,i'd rather she meet up with us to discuss instead.
I understand that she won't be able to squeeze out the time for all teachers,but isn't it unfair to the teachers who have to edit everything?
It is as good as starting from scratch.
Why can't they come to an agreement before discussing with us?
Time and time again...they tell me different things.
I have to bug them time and time again in order to get things right.
It gets really frustrating...
Sometimes the stress comes from them...not just the parents and the kids...
