went for a run with iNa & jAmes along a clementi canal.
was a 4km run.
jAmes went ahead of us while iNA & i was runnin at a slower pace.
chattin away as we run...
saw a rainbow as we ran back to where we started.
it's beautiful..it's prob. my 3rd time seein one in my entire life.
was a gd run,i felt a lot betta...proud of myself for a start...after takin such long break from it.

but...
dinner was more fantastic!
sinful...all our workoout gone to waste.
headed on to Al Azhar prata place at Bukit Timah Road.
saw another rainbow as we drove there.
met wiLLy there.
we had nasi goreng pattaya,nasi pattaya,maggie goreng thai style,nasi goreng,tom yum soup & indian rojak...
and i had an ultimate sinful milo DINOSAUR!
hmmm...instead of losin some fats...we'r jus makin it worse...
accordin to iNa,our metabolic rate increases within 2 hrs after the run...well...we had dinner after 2 hrs...
so we'r definitely addin a few more pounds....
darn!dinner was too irresistable!
