A Junkie=Diarrhoea

Dinner at Lerk Thai.Spicy mince meat with chicken, Tom Yum soup and Rice.The food was spicy buttasted damn shiok! Then had Honey Sago from Sweet Talk.

Ruffles while watching TV.
All that junk = Diarrhoea the following day.
Prob. my IBS acting up.

Someone came up to me and asked me if IBS is partly caused by stress. And appeared doubtful of it.

Oh please,will you only be convinced if peeps start committing suicide?
