Valentine's Day wasn't exactly a surprise but sweet.

Service at Amara was pleasant.

We went to the wrong restaurant & couldn't find our reservation.

The restaurant staff was nice enough to walk us to the Hue (pronounced as Hway),

a Vietnamese restaurant.

The ambience was ro-ro-ro-mantic.

Candle-lit table with a heart-shaped pillow, a Valentine's gift from the restaurant.

We sat beside the wine cellar.

Staff were very friendly and polite.

They made sure the food was to our likin'

And even told the chef to adjust the menu a lil' for us so that we can enjoy our food betta.

I don't really enjoy pumpkin soup and would usualli skip it, but their pumpkin soup was really creamy and nice.

The thoughtful staff suggested changin' the duck to chicken for us, knowin' that we didn't fancy duck.
